We have reviewed the grammatical structures to express future, now it is time to practice!!!! Remember:

You have to build your life´s project, express your proposals and personal longings. We are going to talk about plans and goals, if you have questions about your tasks please send an e-mail to your English teacher. Good luck!!!

• Send an e-mail to your team members; you have to “talk” about your future plans and goals.
• You are going to receive your classmates’ mails, do not forget to answer them and give your opinion about their plans. (Good comments!!!)
• Using the future structures (we reviewed them in class) you and your partners have to write a small paragraph, include your ideas, wishes and worries about your future. Your team leader has to share this composition through your teacher’s blog.
• Look for some information about predictions for 2012. You are going to debate about this topic, be ready for your next English class!!!

Conclusion

Students use to review all the grammar practiced in the chapter as a reference or self-study.

Students explore the language working in pairs or groups, trying out their new language with cooperative tasks.

Introduce the English grammar tenses to express future plans:

-          future going to

-          future will

-          present progressive (with future meaning)

In class, read paragraphs about life in the future

Encourage the ss to share their ideas; listen to someone else’s opinions and give suggestions or advice.

Grammar is presented and practiced in structured exercises. The new vocabulary and grammar are integrated throughout all the activities.
